With over 42 years of experience in animal health, production, nutrition, and climate smart farming, he has won nine research grants and published 45 papers in refereed journals. He has also worked with international institutions and local institutions, including the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization, Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology, and Meru University of Science and Technology.
